Cancellation Policy
We at Madison Avenue Salons pride ourselves in creating a relaxing atmosphere where our clients leave feeling refreshed and satisfied with their experience.
To continue this level of service, we have created the following policies:
When our guests forget to cancel or show up for their appointments, our stylists miss out on the opportunity to fill the appointment, resulting in a loss of income for your stylist. If you are unable to make your appointment, we ask you give us 24 hours notice, otherwise we have the right to charge up to 50% of the booked service. If you do not show for your appointment, we have the right to charge up to 100% of the booked service. Guests who cancel within that time on more than two occasions will be asked to either prepay for their appointment or only make appointments for that current day.
We want our guests to be completely satisfied with our personalized service. If for whatever reason you need a post visit adjustment, we are more than happy to accommodate within one week of your previous visit. We do not offer refunds on services rendered.
